Biodegradable Waste Processor "Bio Super Clean Organic Waste Decomposer"

Biodegradable waste processor "Bio Super Clean Organic Waste Decomposer" - Decomposition and elimination type organic waste processor.

The "Bio Super Clean Organic Waste Decomposer" processes a large amount of crushed organic waste through a combination of a rotating drum, special high-performance contact materials, and a blower, resulting in complete decomposition and disappearance at a low cost! Unlike conventional organic waste treatment devices, which are structurally incapable of handling large volumes, this is a large-scale organic waste processing device using a rotary kiln method that can be adapted from ultra-small to ultra-large machines. Furthermore, while traditional incineration methods require the simultaneous introduction of large amounts of plastic waste or fossil fuels to burn organic waste that is high in moisture and difficult to ignite, resulting in significant CO2 emissions, this revolutionary device emits almost no CO2 and decomposes waste into water and air at ultra-high speed. Thanks to the newly developed enzyme function and highly activated special contact materials, it completely eliminates the unpleasant odors typically associated with conventional organic waste processors! It is also expected to have deodorizing effects on facility odors. Moreover, both the initial and running costs are less than one-third of those of incineration methods. Mechanically, it is a super low-tech device that simply rotates a drum without an axis, making management easy.

Commercial Food Waste Processor Sink Pia [GJ-30]

Process kitchen waste 'without transporting, without burning, on-site'.

Sink Pia is a commercial food waste processor that biodegrades organic waste using the power of microorganisms. Conventional products require the removal of residuals after processing, and installation locations were limited. Sink Pia eliminates the hassle of removing residuals by uniquely biodegrading food waste into liquid form in about 24 hours. 【No Need for Residual Removal】 - Since microorganisms biodegrade food waste into liquid, there is generally no need for removal like in composting or drying types. 【Compact Size】 - Among the smallest in the industry. It utilizes diverse microorganisms and an excellent microbial house to suppress odors during biodegradation. 【Energy-Efficient Design】 - Not a thermal processing method, resulting in low running costs. 【Flexible Installation Locations】 - Can be installed both outdoors and indoors, making it suitable for various locations such as kitchens, cleaning rooms, processing rooms, and waste storage areas. 【Contributing to Work Style Reform】 - Reduces the time and effort required for food waste processing, alleviating the burden on workers. 【Environmental Contribution】 By self-processing food waste, it reduces CO2 emissions and contributes to the SDGs. Sink Pia aims to solve the challenges of food waste processing and achieve a comfortable environment and a sustainable society.
